If you’re considering renting an apartment at Summit at Henderson Pass, it’s crucial to be aware of the numerous red flags former residents have raised. From terrible customer service to a blatant disregard for privacy, here are the top five reasons why you should think twice before signing a lease at Summit at Henderson Pass.

Former residents consistently complain about the terrible customer service and unresponsive management at Summit at Henderson Pass. One reviewer mentions that the “customer service is terrible,” with office personnel who are uninterested in resolving issues. Another resident emphasizes that the management is “absolutely horrible,” refusing to take action even when presented with a manual of rules that are being broken. This pattern of neglect and indifference towards tenants is a major cause for concern.

Summit at Henderson Pass fails to prioritize the safety and well-being of its residents. One alarming example is their lack of response to issues of vandalism. A resident shares their experience of having their car vandalized due to disputed parking spots, with management refusing to intervene. This indicates a larger issue of insecure parking and a management team that is unwilling to ensure the safety of residents’ property.

The apartment complex also seems to struggle with maintaining a clean and sanitary environment. Multiple reviews mention the frequent presence of dog waste on the sidewalks, with management making excuses instead of taking proactive measures. In addition, residents have experienced issues with broken appliances and maintenance requests that go unresolved for days. This points to a larger issue of ineffective maintenance and a disregard for the comfort and hygiene of residents.

Summit at Henderson Pass has also come under fire for questionable billing practices. One resident mentions receiving a bill for late fees even before their rent was due, indicating potential scams or errors in their billing system. This is especially concerning given the apparent difficulty in getting management to resolve any issues.

Reviewers have also exposed a serious breach of trust and privacy by Summit at Henderson Pass. A former potential resident shares their experience of having their personal information sold or given to solicitors without consent. This is not only an invasion of privacy but also illegal, as noted by the reviewer. This practice is particularly concerning as it exposes residents to unwanted solicitations and potential identity theft risks.

The numerous negative reviews and complaints about Summit at Henderson Pass paint a disturbing picture of a rental complex plagued by poor management, unsafe conditions, and a blatant disregard for resident rights and privacy. It’s clear from the experiences of former tenants that this apartment complex falls far short of providing a comfortable and secure living environment.

  1. Welcome to the Slums of Henderson Pass. Where multiple residents have been without air conditioning for MONTHS and the pools are as green as a Florida swamp. Call the Slums home along with the hood rats who destroy not just complex property but, yours also. A relaxing atmosphere of drug arrests by SAPD and DEA. Where children as young as 7 can run the complex with zero parental guidance but, you’ll be told “there’s nothing we can do”. So what if your car gets a few bumps and dings from kids throwing rocks at 10:30pm? Even better is the state of the art security gate…that doesn’t work because the drug dealers and car thieves break it for a quick get-away. Remember…when you come to the Slums at Henderson Pass, attention to detail is only as thick as the last coat of paint.
